In recent months, we have been experiencing a dramatic increase in the demand for veterinary services, which has made it difficult for our clients to schedule timely visits. In addition to this, we have seen an increase in the number of clients failing to show for scheduled appointments, despite email, text, and phone call reminders. This is unfair to other patients in need of veterinary care as well as a problem for staffing.
Effective immediately, we are implementing a “Missed Appointment” charge of $75, that will be applied as a balance on the account should a client fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without calling to cancel at least 24 hours prior to that appointment.
We ask that you please let us know that you won’t need your appointment so that we may offer it to another client in need. Thank you for your understanding.
